Jeffrey
Not just the massage you NEED. . . . .The massage you WANT
My parents named me Jeffrey, my friends call me Dutchy.
In 1996, I fell down a flight of stairs at work and severely injured my back. Bed ridden for months. One of our first outings was to a trade show, where one of the booths was a woman with a massage chair. A dollar a minute, I replied “ten dollars’ worth, be careful at T5T6, I’ve got Degenerative Disc disease, from a fall.” That night I took no pain pills to aid in my sleep/pain relief nor the night after, which I had been taking since the fall. It was then that I decided to become a massage therapist.
Located in Honolulu, Hawaii College of Health Sciences is where I received my training. I studied many modalities starting with Swedish & basic anatomy then Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Lomi lomi, Cranial Sacral, and on-site chair massage. For most of my career I have taken my portable chair in to offices/cubical farms for fifteen minute massages. Six to ten people per office, see you next week. I also have a portable table and would travel to clients homes(out-call), my sessions usually lasted 60-80 minutes.
During the 2000’s I spoke regularly on a radio show, 1080 on the AM dial, KWAI. Health & wellness being the topic of my segment.
In 2016, My life turned upside down (enough of my tale of woe) I relocated to Roseville, CA. I am looking forward to working for with Transformation Wellness.
I am doing my best to make the world a better place, one massage at a time, you could be next.

Mary
Hi, my name is Mary Woods. I was born and raised in Somerset, CA, and I moved back to the Placerville area 17 years ago after studying dance and massage in Sacramento.
I was inspired to become a massage therapist after receiving massages that helped me recover from a car accident that I was in when I was 16, as well as treating the plantar fasciaitis and stress fracture in my fibula that I was suffering from at the time.
I practice a wide range of modalities including Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Massage. I give a deep, thorough massage, while being sensitive to the needs and preferences of each individual.
I also specialize in Craniosacral Therapy. This practice facilitates the release of stress and tension in your body through balancing the flow of your cerebrospinal fluid. It is relaxing and revitalizing. Craniosacral Therapy can also assist clients in releasing past or present traumas from the body when needed.
Whether you are in pain, be it physical or emotional, or you just want to relax and unwind, I'm here to assist you.
I look forward to working with you, Mary.

Stephanie
Stephanie’s path to massage therapy was inspired by an innate desire to help others heal. After many unfulfilling years in medical assisting and corporate management, losing her dad in 2020 sparked a life-shift into looking for work that fed her soul. He always told her, “Do what you love and it won’t feel like work.” That search led her to a chiropractic office in Folsom, where she witnessed the power of hands-on care and the joy of seeing people feel better in their bodies.
At Fair Oaks Massage Institute, she found her true calling, learning the art of blending skill and intuition to ease pain, release tension, and restore balance. Today, she continues to learn, grow, and offer her clients the grounded, nurturing care that first inspired her journey.
Stephanie draws from a variety of modalities and techniques. She offers personalized sessions to address tension, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation and balance in the body, tailoring each session to the unique needs of every client. With a mindful, restorative approach, her work supports the body’s natural healing process by helping clients release stress, find ease, and reconnect with their own sense of balance and well-being.
Stephanie welcomes you to experience the difference that mindful, intuitive touch can make, and invites you to book a session to begin your own journey toward balance, ease, and well-being.

Viktor
I have 2 degrees in the field of massage, Russian and American, and years of massage experience.
One can boast and talk about oneself often, but it's better to try my massage once, and your body will tell you everything. After all, the body doesn't lie!
I will actively work through every muscle in your body and help your muscles regain elasticity, gain mobility in your joints, and relieve pain and discomfort.
In addition to general massage I can also work with a separate part of your body where there is a problem to relieve you of pain or reduce pain.
I enjoy using massage to help your body get rid of problems.
I'm always happy when I can help your body.
